Our clients must assure and certify they won't use Emailhit to send emails to people that didn't ask explicitly to be added to a distribution list. Those practices will be punished. It is strictly forbidden to send unwanted SPAM through our service.

If for any reason you believe you're receiving unwanted emails through our tool, we ask you to get in touch with us to this address (spam@emailhit.com.ar) and we will do immediately help you.

If you want to unsubscribe from a list, all emails sent from our system have a link that will let you do so.

All emails going out from our system must fulfill with a list of requirements that guarantee a subscriber to opt in, opt out and modify his data at will. Besides, the address of the company or client sending and email must be present on every email.
